Get on your mat and take a look at what the yogic mirror shows you about yourself. 
Being a strong yogi doesn’t mean being able to do a one armed handstand, it’s the ability to sit in the fire and look at your stuff. The stronger you are, the more comfortable you are being vulnerable, being intimate, looking in the mirror at who you really are, and accepting yourself, in the moment, right here, right now. 

The weak mind judges, comments, and criticizes, and usually runs away, just when things are starting get juicy. 

Stand your ground! You can do this. You’re stronger than you think!
