Breathing and Pranayama Workshop last night at Kula Yoga in Port Orange! What a fun workshop, exploring — breathing, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and pranayama, with such an open and receptive group. I learn so much from everyone everytime I lead one of these workshops and I love going over the material again and again, and deepening my own practice knowledge.
