The Shiva Yoga® 200hr Yoga Alliance®Registered Teacher Training Program is the ideal program for the seriouspractitioner of yoga and essential for those who want to become a certifiedShiva Yoga® teacher and a Yoga Alliance® registered yoga teacher.
Special Opening and Closing ceremonies,with group sharing, will give students the chance to hold space for each otherand connect with their community. Students will begin each day with a Shiva Power® master class, and aShiva Meditation® class, with pranayama, yoga nidra and seated meditation. Thistraining is consisted of 4 modules.
Shiva Yoga® 50hrAnatomy - Asana Breakdown – Alignment - Intensive Program:Duration: 6 Days/8Hrs Per Day. Afternoons will consist of an Anatomy Workshop; followed by 5 days ofAsana Breakdown and Alignment Training. There will be also be a special presentation of the film “A History ofYoga” by Deepika and Ramji.

TRAINING OUTLINE & COURSE DESCRIPTION
Students will complete 3x 100hr modules, with each being spread over two weeks. During each module students will be required to be in class Mon-Fri 5-9pm and Sat & Sun 8am-6pm. Each day there will be a Shiva Power® class or a Shiva Vinyasa® class, and a Shiva Meditation® class or Personal Sadhana meditation practice. Additional time will be divided between practice teaching, yoga theory, learning anatomy and physiology, studying yoga philosophy, learning about yoga history and the Shiva Yoga® lineage, practical workshops, and studying alignment and asana breakdown.
Shiva Yoga® draws inspiration from; Dharma Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, Vinyasa Flow, Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Therapy Rx and Yoga Tune Up.
Founder of Shiva Yoga® and creator of the program, Garth Hewitt, draws on his extensive knowledge and practice of yoga with his teacher’s; Sri Dharma Mittra, Srivatsa Ramaswami, Annie Carpenter, the Patthabi Jois family, Dr. Larry Payne, Dr. Christopher Chapple, and Jill Miller, as well as over 15 years of teaching experience.
