This Hanuman Yoga - Level 1 seated pranayama and meditation sequence introduces students to a personal sadhana practice.  This sequence includes the practices:  Breath of Fire, Skull Shining Breath, Moon-Sun-Holding Alternate Nostril Breathing, Meditation with Support and Meditation without Support.  Students are encouraged to learn these practices from a qualified teacher in person before beginning this practice.
