More Information & Registration:

Friday: Yoga Philosophy & Shiva Meditation® Class
This philosophy and meditation workshop will give you an overview of yoga philosophy, compare different philosophies, explore different types of meditation, and help you better understand the different philosophies that inform different styles of modern yoga and meditation practices. You will do a full Shiva Meditation® class with pranayama, yoga nidra, and seated concentration practices at the end of the workshop.

This workshop is suitable for all levels; highly recommended for those who are interested in the bigger picture of yoga and how yoga philosophy informs asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. Ability to sit and lie down for the duration of the workshop is highly recommended. Chairs will be available if needed.

Saturday: Shiva Power® Master Class
Setting intentions and practicing gratitude, you will move through a challenging and balanced flow, with an emphasis on concentration and surrendering into the fire, in order to achieve a state of balance, let go of attachment to the ego, quiet the mind, and work towards Self-realization. This class will conclude with an extended final rest and seated meditation.

This class is suitable for all levels; familiarity with at least Level 1-2 poses and a consistent yoga practice is highly recommended.

Sunday: Arm Balancing
This workshop will explore a number of intermediate & advanced arm balance poses and transitions, with modifications for beginners and advanced variations for more intermediate and advanced students.

This workshop is suitable for all levels with a keen interest in practicing arm balances or learning more about these challenging poses; ability to hold the plank pose and the low plank is recommended.
