Out of your comfort zone.

What’s the “pose” in your life right now that is making you feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, and is pushing you out of your comfort zone? 

The poses in yoga are just tools that help us go into the fire. They are just like people and situations in our life. 

The stuff coming up for you in your life is your stuff? It’s not the “pose”. It’s stuff that is in you and it’s being brought to the surface, so that you can look at it and let it go. 

What’s holding you back on your mat?  Fear? Resistance? What’s holding you back off your mat? Fear? Resistance? 

What are the poses in your yoga practice that you find challenging? Who are the people in your life that challenge you? Who is your chair pose? Who is your boat pose? What poses in your yoga practice make you feel vulnerable? Who is in your life who is making you feel vulnerable? Who is opening your heart up? Who is your big backbend? Who is your camel pose? 

These “poses” in your life are helping you heal and reconnect to your Self. 

Sit in the discomfort and breathe. Look at your stuff that bubbles to the surface and let it go. Surrender. This is yoga.
